Canolfan Hermon

In 2008, the old school was bought and used by the community. Development work has just been completed to provide a brand new business and community venue with a great bar, events, and meeting / conferencing rooms & offices to hire. We already have an exciting range of events and activities happening at the centre, with loads more planned in the months to come. Like the page to keep up to date with all the latest events and goings on! We want to hear from you, what you would like to see happening at Canolfan Hermon, so do please talk to us on the page and give us your suggestions for events, activities and classes.

🚨 Neithiwr cafodd y Global Sumud Flotilla ei rhyng-gipio gan Luoedd Arfog Israel, gan dorri cyfraith ryngwladol unwaith eto.

Mae fy etholwr, Hannah Schafer o Aberteifi, yn un o'r nifer o weithwyr cymorth ac ymgyrchwyr sydd wedi cael dal gan Luoedd Israel. Roedd y criw ond yn ceisio sicrhau bod cymorth dyngarol yn cyrraedd Gaza ar ôl i Lywodraeth Israel rwystro hanfodion rhag cyrraedd yr ardal ers misoedd.

Rydw i wedi ysgrifennu at yr Ysgrifennydd Tramor i annog Llywodraeth y DU i sicrhau bod pawb, gan gynnwys Hannah, sy’n cael eu dal ar hyn o bryd gan Luoedd Arfog Israel, yn cael eu rhyddhau'n ddiogel ac ar unwaith.

🚨 Last night the Global Sumud Flotilla was intercepted by Israeli Forces, blatantly violating international law once again.

My constituent, Hannah Schafer from Cardigan, is one of the many aid workers and activists who has been detained. Those on board were only trying to ensure essential humanitarian aid reached Gaza after months on end of blockade by the Israeli Government.

I have written to the Foreign Secretary to urge the UK Government to ensure that all those, including Hannah, who were detained by Israeli Forces last night, are safely released.
