At D&S Community Care, We offer bespoke and person – centred care packages that enables our service users to stay as independent as possible while still assisting them with anything they need.
Our head-office is based in Canolfan Hermon, how ever we are able to support in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion subject to capacity.
