In 2008, the old school was bought and used by the community. Development work has just been completed to provide a brand new business and community venue with a great bar, events, and meeting / conferencing rooms & offices to hire. We already have an exciting range of events and activities happening at the centre, with loads more planned in the months to come. Come along and experience for yourselves the deeply relaxing, and healing effects of the beautiful gongs, singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. Sound has a profound impact on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers of our being.

You will be supported and guided throughout as the beautiful sounds ebb and flow in a way that re-balances the nervous system and body, helping us to relax, restore and heal.

Suggested exchange of £10 but please know that you can choose to pay what you can, and that alternative exchanges are also welcomed.

Bring along whatever you need to be comfortable, warm and cosy lying down for the hour.
Perhaps a yoga/camping mat to lie on, warm socks, blankets and a pillow, and maybe another for under your knees...reclinable deck chairs are also welcomed.
Be sure to make comfort a priority always especially in the colder months.

Bring along some water.
A selection of warming teas will be available after the sound bath should you like to linger longer for a cuppa. There’s never any rush to leave the sound space.

Its important to please reach out before booking if you have severe tinnitus, unstable or sound induced epilepsy, a pacemaker, if you are pregnant in the first trimester, have any severe mental health concerns or have any metal implants from recent surgery.
